Word Climb turns German vocabulary practice into a small climbing game. Each row gives you one German noun and three footholds; land on the right article and climb higher. It includes 654 hand-picked words across A1–B2, Quick and Full climbs, saved progress, custom word lists, missed-word practice and four control modes. It is free, works offline, and contains no ads, analytics, accounts or in-app purchases.
Long paragraph
Word Climb is an independent Flutter and Flame game for learning German noun articles. A wrong answer costs one life and highlights the correct article, turning mistakes into a short guided correction rather than a dead end. Players can climb a 20-word Quick Climb or a whole A1–B2 vocabulary list, save one unfinished climb, review missed words in a focused practice run, and paste their own article, word and translation lists. Four control modes cover tap-to-answer, a one-thumb joystick, two-thumb buttons and a keyboard. The game is free on Android and iPhone, has no ads or in-app purchases, and stores all progress on the device.
